Back Again

Sorry, I know that I haven't been blogging recently, but there were a few unexpected occurrences which withheld me from accessing my laptop for extended periods of time. So, last time we looked at the basics of addition, subtraction and multiplication, so today I want to give you all a hand with division. Division can be the hardest of all maths on a basic level, so there are a few ways I can show you that will help you to work out which method you will use. The first, and quickest, can pretty much only be used when you are dividing Y by X and X is an integer less than 10 and more than 0. This is short division, and it looks like this:
This is far quicker than long division, which all of you will know, and probably use. I know that this was a short blog, but I'm a little pressed for time.
